Returns & refunds

We want you to be happy with every order from The Business Library. This policy explains when you can return something, how to do it and how we refund you. It does not take away any of your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA).

Because a digital product is delivered immediately and can't be given back, you can't cancel it once you've started the download (section 42 of ECTA). If a file is faulty, won't open or isn't what we described, contact us within 7 days of buying and we will fix it, send it again or refund you in full.

1. Contact us first: email us at thebizlibrary@gmail.com or call +27644338042. Tell us your order number, what you're returning and why.

2. We'll confirm the return and tell you where to send the items, or arrange collection for faulty goods.

3. Pack the items securely with a copy of your order confirmation.

4. Once we've received and checked them, we'll let you know and process your refund or replacement.

We refund you using the same payment method you used to pay, within 30 days of receiving your cancellation or the returned goods, as ECTA requires, and usually much sooner. Delivery fees are refunded when the item was faulty or wrong, or when you cancel during the cooling-off period. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the money in your account.
