Digital products

This policy explains how The Business Library delivers digital products such as downloads, e-books, templates and courses, and what you may do with them.

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download is available on your order page and we email you a link. Download links can be used a limited number of times; if you have trouble, contact us and we'll send a new link.

When you buy a digital product you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes. Unless the product says otherwise, you may not resell, share, copy for others, publish or upload it. All rights in the content stay with us or our licensors.

Because a digital product is delivered immediately and can't be returned, you can't cancel it once you've started the download (section 42 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act). If a file is faulty, won't open or isn't what we described, contact us within 7 days of buying and we will fix it, send it again or refund you in full.

Check the product description for the file format and anything you need to open it (for example a PDF reader). We can't refund a product because your device doesn't support a format that was described before you bought it.
