The Business Library (a trading name of Five2Nine Projects) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit localhost:3000/s/businesslibrary or buy from us, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

• Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you place an order or contact us
• Your order history and the messages you send us
• Payment confirmation details from our payment provider (we never see or store your full card number)
• Basic technical information such as your browser, device and the pages you visit, to keep the website working and secure
• Your email address if you sign up for our newsletter

• To process, deliver and support your order, including sending order and delivery updates
• To answer your questions and handle returns and refunds
• To keep our website and payments safe and to prevent fraud
• To keep the financial records the law requires
• To send you news and offers, only if you've agreed, and you can unsubscribe at any time

We only share what's needed with the service providers who help us run our business: our payment provider (PayFast), our email and website hosting providers and our accounting and business software. They may only use your information to provide their service to us. We never sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Our website uses essential cookies and similar storage to keep your cart, remember your preferences and keep the site secure. If we use analytics or advertising cookies, we use them to understand how the website is used and to improve it.

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally five years), and other information only for as long as we need it for the reasons above.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections and access controls. If we become aware of a breach that affects you, we will let you and the relevant authorities know.

• ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy
• ask us to correct or delete your information
